All blueprints, estimations, design concepts, and structural layouts featured or estimated through this website are preliminary models.

• Local Regulations: All projects are subject to municipal approvals, environmental registry regulations, and safety clearances before physical construction begins.
• Pricing Details: Budget ranges provided via estimation forms are non-binding parameters and subject to change based on actual design reviews and material costs.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, including its source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us.
